Description
Located just around corner from Piazza della Pace and Piazza Navona. Small open fruit/vegetable market in the Piazza each day and many small food shops nearby. Area is plentiful with restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and the famous Bar Delle Pace right around the corner. Excellent bus transportation on Corso Vittorio Emanuele which is five minute walk away. Apartment is located in a nice building down a quiet street.
Decorated in a blend of modern and antique wood pieces, parquet wood floors, wood beamed ceilings, area rugs and interesting art. Apartment is bright.
Owner is an architect so in his restoration many antique features have been retained and others replaced with interesting modern fixtures.
Spacious entranceway leads to various parts of apartment...old wood door with iron latches at entranceway and non-functional but provides a feeling of what was.
Left of entranceway is dining room followed by living room at far end. Straight ahead leads into kitchen; down hallway to left is bedroom; adjacent to bedroom are two bathrooms, to right of hallway and down a bit is laundry room and beyond that is another bedroom.
Living Room
Two French size sofas - one of which is sofa-bed; low wood cocktail table on wheels, book case with books; end table with lamp, TV and stereo system, window with stone bench seating area with cushions below it. Long vertical brushed stainless steel rods function as radiator.
Dining Room
Lovely wood table with 6 chairs, wood side-board, stone bench seating with cushions below window. Long vertical brushed stainless steel rods run up wall on either side of window and function as radiator.
Kitchen
Very modern with stainless steel facing on cupboards; all appliances have stainless steel facings as well. Double sink, dishwasher, stove/oven, large refrigerator, many small appliances, tiled flooring with a border of bright coloured tiles, small wood table and chairs.
Bedroom
l with two singles, night stands, window, chest of drawers and closet which is draped in beige heavy woven fabric, small desk. AC Unit

At end of hallway and up four steps which gives a loft effect but has normal head-room, double bed, night stands, built in shelf space draped in same fabric as bedroom with two beds. Divider between end of bedroom and hallway which acts as a half-wall is long, brushed stainless steel rods which is actually a radiator. AC Unit
Bathroom
Large, beautifully tiled with modern fixtures. Jacuzzi tub, towel rack runs parallel across wall and is same radiator device as in other rooms.
