This beautiful restored apartment is located on the top floor of a building situated in the centre of the city near Largo Argentina where you can take transport to many different areas of Rome. An easy walk to Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori and the tram at the Largo takes you across the Garibaldi Bridge into Trastevere if you do not care to walk there.

Description

The apartment is very bright and has hash light coloured narrow terracotta tiles throughout, white walls, modern fittings and consists of the following:

Entrance hall is a long corridor with modern low table with green glass top. Series of prints along the wall and recessed lighting.

Guest Bedroom

Turning right from the entrance hallway leads to an open space area with modern low and long steel and glass cabinet. Open space leads to Master Bedroom and also an outside balcony. Positioned in this area is a spiral wood-slat staircase which leads to the second level….

Bedroom

Double bed, modern headboard, bedside tables with lamps, black leather lounger, small closet cupboard and wooden built-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom has marble tiles with modern fittings and spacious shower stall.

From the bedroom there is a door with window leading out to the long balcony that overlooks the internal courtyard.

Staircase leads up to living/dining room with kitchen.. At the top of the steps to the right is a stainless steel kitchen corner complete with hobs, oven, sink, dishwasher, cupboard space and worktop. There is a large fridge/freezer.

The entrance hall leads to an ante room with a large window overlooking the rear terrace. Furnished with an antique desk and chair. Leads to Library.

Living Room:

L shaped black fabric sofa with toss pillows and marble top cocktail table, patterned area rug. There is a large rectangular dining table with chairs, non-functional fireplace, bookshelves and entrance to large terrace has a ledge for additional seating. At the top of the steps in this area is a small tiled guest bathroom with WC, sink and even a shower.

From the living room there are 2 separate doors giving access to 2 terraces, one of which overlooks many Roman rooftops and church bell towers; the other overlooks the Pantheon and many other monumental buildings. Many plants on both terraces.

The terrace which cannot be seen from the living room as there is a door that leads to it, is best used for clothes drying and houses cupboards where the owner stores their personal belongings. The other can be seen from the living room and has incredible views, barbecue, tables and chairs, roll back canopy, etc.
