Villa is set in green wooded area in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, only 35 kilometres from Grossetto and near Orbetello where buses can be taken to go to Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano. The small town of Pereta has restaurants and shops of all kind. View of the Argentario from villa which is very private but not isolated.
The villa is tastefully decorated in a rustic style with brick/stone walls and arches, tiled flooring with rugs, beamed ceilings, Tuscan wood pieces. Comfortable and very homey in feeling.
Kitchen: fully equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, eat-in table and chairs.
Living room: Sofa, overstuffed chairs, fireplace, wooden benches with pillows.
